Kansas City Life - Renewal rate hold coming

We recognize that many of our clients and brokers are facing hardships at this time and, to ease some of that burden, Kansas City Life Group Benefits is forgoing renewal rate increases for clients renewing coverage May 1, 2020, through Aug. 1, 2020. Policies renewing during this time frame will retain their plan anniversary month and will be reviewed in 2021. The lone exception will be our dental clients in the state of Washington. We will still be processing renewals as is required by the Washington state mandates. Please be advised that all of our communications to clients and brokers reside on our website for easy referral.
