Our panel will address new regulations aimed at helping small businesses, such as the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. We will discuss the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and who qualifies for 7(a) loan assistance, the employee retention credit, as well as rebates, unemployment assistance, student debt relief, and other CARES Act support for employees.
