We wrote to you on Monday with some preliminary intel on pending legislation that would have an impact to our clients, brokers and their employee benefit programs. This Federal legislation has now been signed into law. We want to share the updated impacts of this legislation that was passed last night, since these changes may impact you directly or indirectly.
